Bra Fitting Guide ...

Measuring your bra size is easy to do with a normal tape measure - you'll just need to be a little flexible unless you can find someone to help you! Choose a cloth or tailors tape measure.

The more accurate you are the better.

We're using inches to measure with as bra's are still measured and sold in good old fashioned imperial measurements.

Bra Size:
Measure around your body, just underneath your bust. Make sure the tape is held firmly but not too tight. From the table below you can calculate your 'Bra Size':

Your Measurement (inches)27-2829-3031-3233-3435-3637-3839-40
Bra Size32343638404244

Cup Size:
Measure around your body agian but this time measure across the fullest part of your bust. If your measurement is an odd number (ie 31) round up to the nearest even number (ie 32).
The difference between this measurement and your 'Bra Size' enables you to calculate your 'Cup Size' from the table below:

Difference (inches)012345678

Actual Bra Size:
Put the two sizes together to get your actual Bra Size:

ie Bra Size = 34 Cup Size = C Actual Size = 34C.
